Koichiro Kojima


Born in Osaka in January 1986
His family has run a photo studio in Takatsuki since 1924.
When he was one year old he was diagnosed with primary immunodeficiency syndrome.
After working as a stage actor and independent filmmaker, he graduated from the workshop night photography school in 2012.
Since then, he has continued to work based in Osaka.
His main theme is the "between construction and collapse" that appears in the times.
Regardless of whether analog or digital, different experimental methods are used for each work.

1986年1月大阪に生まれる
生家は高槻で1924年より写真館を営んでいる。
1歳の頃に原発性免疫不全症候群と診断される。
舞台俳優、自主映画製作などを経て2012年、ワークショップ夜の写真学校を卒業
その後は大阪を拠点に制作を続けている。
時代に現れる「構築と崩壊の狭間」を主なテーマとし
アナログ、デジタルを問わず、作品ごとに異なる実験的な手法を
用い、制作している。
